I liked Richard’s straight forward no nonsense approach and his very clear direction that it was a mutual bi-party arrangement. This honest direct approach set the engagement up well from the beginning.

Vice President Design Engineering, Equinix

Richard Bellars. For 20 years, Richard has brought his devotion as a coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer to supporting leadership as a way of being and evolving. He works alongside individuals, peer groups, and small teams to embrace future thinking earthed in daily life, to think intergenerationally, to be and act with heart-centered openness, to listen to and learn from others, and to serve by example rather than rank. He asks uncommon questions of those wishing to check their edges and ethics, helping them embody what’s authentic and needed to serve the health and prosperity of the organisations and wider ecosystems they lead.

Richard has designed, led, and co-facilitated leadership, mentoring, and transition-focused programmes across the UK, MENA, sub-Saharan Africa, and Europe, including The Human Edge, MAVA Foundation (with their flagship legacy programme ‘Leaders for Nature Academy’), and Help For Heroes.

With a view through a systemic lens, integrating embodied practices and deep listening, his work is designed to help clients step back, expand awareness, and move forward with intention and attention.

Richard’s previous career background includes business process re-engineering across functions and diverse industries from aerospace to pharmaceuticals, beverages to public sector (Diageo,Hewlett-Packard, Lufthansa…).. Richard is a graduate (BA) in Modern Languages, a trustee for the London Sports Trust and on the Advisory Board to Restoration Power. He continues to volunteer as a mentor for entrepreneurs and NGO leaders where and when he can.
