It’s been a particularly challenging time to be joining an organisation or taking on a new role in an existing business. Working and leading a team remotely will be new for many. And with colleagues they have never met in person.
We are offering unlimited access over 3 months to support leadership focus, initial impact and personal effectiveness in role.
We provide support Monday – Saturday 7am-10pm GMT via video conferencing on Zoom, or your preferred portal. We do this so that your work with us fits in with your time zone – and your life.
Here is what’s included:
- Understanding the expectations of the role at this stage of the business evolution
- Planning to get to know your stakeholders both internal and external
- Clarifying goals in the first 3 months
- Building your plan to assess and set future direction
- Developing your leadership presence remotely
- Establishing ways of working for yourself and with your team
- Clarifying the leadership legacy you want to leave
The line leader will be involved in this programme to ensure alignment and to set the future relationship up for success.
