Lisa Florit. After a 25 year career as an HR professional in multi-national Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals businesses, Lisa decided to focus on what she was most passionate about – developing others.
A commercially astute, global business leader Lisa has experience across all aspects of human resource management with particular expertise and interest in leadership coaching, creation and implementation of both business and people strategies, change leadership and organisational design. She combines a strong business and results orientated approach with excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
Lisa is particularly passionate about developing women leaders, supporting them to realise their full potential and achieve the success they desire.
Having worked as a senior leader in the highly regulated Financial Services and Pharmaceuticals industries Lisa knows the challenges senior leaders of today face and works with individuals and teams to deliver the results organisations need. She is able to add value to businesses through one to one results orientated coaching. Lisa’s coaching style is holistic and client centred, challenging yet supportive and focused on achieving results within agreed timescales.
Lisa is a Social Sciences graduate, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is International Coaching Federation trained.
