Chris Southam chose to leave her main board position with an international retailer to pursue a career in the field of personal development. With first-hand experience of running a large, commercial organisation with a turnover in excess of £1 billion, she is well placed to coach top talent in all aspects of career and personal development.
Chris has held senior positions in Marketing and HR. Her focus is on ‘self-marketing’ and personal branding, specialising in helping people identify and achieve the next stage in their career. Chris combines a wide range of creative tools and techniques with her Board experience and commercial knowledge, to support individuals and teams in delivering their goals.
As an award-winning image consultant and Master of the Federation of Image Consultants, Chris helps Leaders define and refine their executive presence. She works with clients to help them present their personal ‘brand’. Her marketing background, and expertise as a copywriter helps her clients create clear and simple messages congruent with their brand.
Chris is a graduate of Warwick University and holds postgraduate qualifications from the University of London, as well as being a fully qualified NLP practitioner and graduate of one of Europe’s leading coaching academies.
