Liz has fifteen years' experience working internationally, developing leaders and their teams during periods of change. During her IT background, Liz revolutionised the way people worked. Now she specialises in helping leaders identify and remove barriers to business success, create constructive working relationships and increase contribution.
Liz believes that "as change is more common in people's lives they need to learn skills to be clear on what they and their organisations need at that time, to adapt, refocus and re-communicate changes effectively to reduce wasted time and energy. These aren't 'nice to have' skills, they are essential business capabilities. It needs to become second nature at every level."
Being clear on what's important to you is essential to balancing your life and negotiating what you want. She holds a Masters in Management Learning specialising in Cultural Change, is an international NLP trainer and is a qualified Master NLP practitioner. She has led workshops and seminars on leadership, time management, facilitation and presentation skills, on customer relations management, stress management, team development and much more.
