Kathryn Wainwright has worked as a consultant since 2006 following eighteen years’ experience in Human Resources at Barclays plc, Accenture, Cable & Wireless as well as in start-ups and recruitment consultancy. Her area of HR expertise is in talent management, resourcing, leadership assessment & profiling, coaching, hiring, individual performance & team development.

As a coach and consultant she specialises in team & individual performance, behaviour & leadership coaching as well as cultural assessments & development. Clients work with her for leadership assessment & profiling predominantly for talent management, succession planning, internal & external hiring, leadership promotions, organisation design, acquisitions & due diligence.

Kathryn is qualified and accredited in Corporate Transformation Tools (CTT) for individuals, team & corporate levels, Hogan Inventory of Tools, Top-grading profiling for assessment, development and coaching (as an assessor & trainer), psychometric assessment in Firo-B, Transactional Analysis, and various competency based profiling & interview tools.

She has trained with numerous international coaching schools. She is a master practitioner in NLP and an Associate of the International Coaching Federation & is a graduate in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University.
